When you have created your account, click Register on the account page to be brought through the registration wizard for each student.

Physical Examination

Students registering for Activities must have a current physical examination form submitted for the Activities Trainer’s review before the student is authorized to participate in practice or tryouts. Current Physical – Players need a physical every three years; usually in 7th and 10th grade. Physicals must be completed before a player can begin practice.
